Throughout this Agreement, "Voyages of the Spirit," "Company," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Voyages of the Spirit LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

This Agreement applies to services offered through our website, scheduling platform, community membership, social media platforms, Zoom meetings, email communications, downloadable materials, educational content, and any future digital platforms owned or operated by Voyages of the Spirit LLC unless otherwise stated.

Voyages of the Spirit LLC currently offers the following services:

• Mediumship Reading
• Channeled Reading
• Voyages of the Spirit Community Membership

Additional services may be introduced or modified over time.

Descriptions provided throughout this website are intended to help you understand what each offering includes, but every spiritual experience is unique.

Voyages of the Spirit believes that personal growth, healing, and spiritual exploration can benefit individuals of many ages. While much of our content is suitable for a general audience, certain services may also be available to clients under the age of eighteen (18) with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Because every individual matures differently, Voyages of the Spirit LLC reserves the right to determine whether a particular service is appropriate for a minor and may request the participation or involvement of a parent or legal guardian when deemed appropriate.

The services offered by Voyages of the Spirit are spiritual and intuitive in nature.

Mediumship, channeling, meditation, and other intuitive practices are deeply personal experiences. Every session unfolds differently, and no two experiences are alike.

While each service is conducted with sincerity, professionalism, and the intention of providing meaningful guidance and support, no specific outcome, message, experience, or result can ever be guaranteed.

Spirit determines what information is communicated during a session.

Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system.

Scheduling assistance may also be provided by authorized representatives of Voyages of the Spirit LLC.

When booking, clients agree to provide accurate contact information necessary to coordinate their appointment.

Booking confirmations, reminders, and service communications may be delivered by email, text message, or through our scheduling platform.

Booking for Minors: If a service is being scheduled for an individual under the age of eighteen (18), the booking must be completed or expressly authorized by the participant's parent or legal guardian.

By scheduling a service for a minor, the individual completing the booking represents and warrants that they are the participant's parent or legal guardian, or that they have the legal authority to provide consent on the participant's behalf. They further acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to this Client Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Voyages of the Spirit LLC relies upon the truthfulness of the information provided during the booking process and shall not be responsible for false, misleading, or unauthorized representations made by any individual regarding their age, identity, or authority to consent.

Voyages of the Spirit LLC reserves the right to request additional confirmation of parental or legal guardian consent whenever reasonably necessary and may decline, postpone, or cancel services if appropriate consent cannot be verified.

Current pricing is displayed throughout this website and is subject to change without prior notice.

Current offerings include:

• Mediumship Reading — $100 per hour
• Channeled Reading — $100
• Voyages of the Spirit Community —$15 per month

The price in effect at the time your booking is confirmed will be honored. Payment is required before services are rendered unless otherwise stated.

For eligible purchases, payment plan options may be offered through our third-party payment processor.

These financing arrangements are agreements solely between the client and the payment provider.

Voyages of the Spirit LLC does not determine financing approval, repayment schedules, interest rates, or fees associated with third-party financing and assumes no responsibility for disputes arising from these agreements.

If your payment provider authorizes your purchase, your appointment may be scheduled in accordance with our booking policies.

Life happens.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, I completely understand.

Appointments may be rescheduled without additional charge when reasonable notice is provided.

My goal is always to work with clients in a fair, respectful, and compassionate manner whenever possible.

Clients may cancel scheduled services and receive a full refund provided work on the service has not yet begun.

For Channeled Readings, preparation and channeling often begin prior to the final delivery of your written transmission.

Once work has begun on a personalized Channeled Reading, refunds may no longer be available due to the individualized nature of the service.

Community Membership subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically result in refunds for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.

Refund requests are always considered respectfully and fairly, and my intention is to treat every client with kindness while also honoring the time and preparation devoted to each personalized service.

As a courtesy to clients, Mediumship Readings and other applicable services may be recorded. Depending upon the format of your appointment, recordings may include:
• Audio recordings
• Video recordings
• Written transcripts
• Written channeling documents

Whenever available, recordings will be provided for your personal use following your appointment.

While every reasonable effort will be made to successfully record and deliver these materials, technical issues may occasionally occur.

Voyages of the Spirit LLC cannot guarantee that recordings will always be available due to unforeseen equipment failures, internet interruptions, software issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Clients are encouraged to download and retain any recordings or digital files provided after delivery.

Recordings, written transmissions, PDFs, videos, meditations, educational materials, and all other content created by Voyages of the Spirit LLC remain the intellectual property of Voyages of the Spirit LLC.

Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials provided through their purchased services for their own personal reflection and spiritual growth.

Unless prior written permission is granted by Voyages of the Spirit LLC, clients may not:

• Sell recordings
• Publish recordings
• Upload recordings for commercial purposes
• Reproduce recordings
• Distribute recordings
• Edit recordings for public release
• Use recordings to promote products or services
• Represent recordings as their own work

Sharing personal experiences with friends or family is, of course, welcomed. This section is intended to protect the original content and creative work produced by Voyages of the Spirit LLC.

Trust is at the heart of every service offered by Voyages of the Spirit.

Information shared by clients during appointments, written communications, or community participation is treated with care and respect.

Voyages of the Spirit LLC values client privacy and will not intentionally disclose confidential personal information except:

• When required by law;
• When necessary to operate the business through trusted third-party service providers (such as scheduling, payment processing, email delivery, or video conferencing);
• Or when the client has provided express written permission.

Should Voyages of the Spirit LLC ever wish to share a testimonial, excerpt, recording, or portion of a client's session for educational or promotional purposes, the client's written consent will be requested in advance. Personally identifying information will never be shared without explicit permission.

Unless otherwise stated, all materials created by Voyages of the Spirit LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of Voyages of the Spirit LLC.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Recordings
• Written transmissions
• Guided meditations
• PDFs
• Educational materials
• Graphics
• Website content
• Videos
• Audio
• Branding
• Logos
• Written articles
• Social media content
• YouTube videos
• Downloadable resources

Purchasing a service grants the client permission to personally enjoy and benefit from these materials. Ownership of the materials is not transferred.

The Voyages of the Spirit Community is intended to be a welcoming space centered around personal growth, meditation, reflection, and connection.

Membership currently includes:
• Weekly live guided meditations
• Access to the growing meditation archive
• Entry into the monthly community drawing

Community offerings may evolve over time as Voyages of the Spirit continues to grow.

While every effort will be made to provide consistent programming, schedules, topics, guest appearances, and offerings may occasionally change.

Membership benefits are subject to reasonable modification as the community develops.

Community Participation by Minors: The Voyages of the Spirit Community is intended to provide a welcoming environment centered around meditation, self-reflection, and personal growth.

Participants under the age of eighteen (18) are welcome to participate with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the nature of the community and its offerings before enrolling a minor.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising and determining the suitability of community participation for any minor enrolled under their consent. Voyages of the Spirit LLC reserves the right to limit, suspend, or discontinue a minor's participation if continued participation is determined not to be in the best interest of the participant or the community.

Members are expected to treat one another with kindness, respect, and courtesy.

Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, hate speech, disruptive behavior, unauthorized solicitation, or conduct that negatively affects the community experience may result in suspension or termination of membership without further access to community resources.

The goal is to cultivate an environment where every member feels welcomed, respected, and supported.

Community content is provided exclusively for active members. Memberships are personal and may not be shared with others. Clients agree not to distribute:

• Zoom meeting links
• passwords
• member resources
• recordings
• downloadable materials
• community-exclusive content

to individuals who are not active members.

Active members may periodically be entered into community appreciation drawings.

Prizes, eligibility requirements, methods of selection, and scheduling may change from time to time.

Voyages of the Spirit LLC reserves the right to modify, postpone, or discontinue promotional drawings at its discretion.

Mediumship Readings and Channeled Readings involve spiritual and intuitive practices.

Messages communicated during these services are offered for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, encouragement, and inspiration.

Information communicated during a session represents spiritual guidance as interpreted through Sophia's intuitive and channeling practices.

Clients understand that spiritual guidance is subjective by nature. No guarantees are made regarding:

• Specific information received
• Future events
• Outcomes
• Decisions
• Healing
• Communication with any particular loved one

Clients remain solely responsible for their own decisions and actions following any service.

Services offered by Voyages of the Spirit LLC are not intended to replace licensed professional services. Clients should seek qualified professionals regarding:

• Medical concerns
• Mental health
• Legal matters
• Financial decisions
• Tax advice
• Emergency situations

Spiritual guidance should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional care.

Many services rely upon third-party technology including:

• Squarespace
• Acuity Scheduling
• Zoom
• Stripe
• PayPal
• Email providers
• Cloud storage services

Although every reasonable effort is made to provide reliable service, Voyages of the Spirit LLC cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms.

Technical failures beyond our control may occasionally require appointments to be rescheduled.

All original content published by Voyages of the Spirit LLC through its website, social media platforms, YouTube channel, community membership, newsletters, videos, podcasts, and future digital platforms is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or commercially distributed without written permission.

Reasonable sharing of publicly available content through standard social media sharing tools is welcomed and appreciated.

Voyages of the Spirit LLC reserves the right to decline, postpone, reschedule, or discontinue services when necessary.

Examples may include:

• Abusive behavior
• Threats
• Harassment
• Inappropriate conduct
• Fraudulent activity
• Repeated failure to follow booking policies

Every reasonable effort will be made to resolve concerns respectfully whenever possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voyages of the Spirit LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, or other damages arising from participation in any service or use of any information provided.

By choosing to participate, clients acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and accept responsibility for their own interpretations, decisions, and actions.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If any portion of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Voyages of the Spirit LLC may update this Client Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices, or applicable law.

The current version will always be available on this website.
